Heating

Energy: heat production by existing oil furnace.
Heat distribution: circulation of heat through the floor (coils in the screed with 1 collector per apartment: room thermostat adjustable by zone, except for bathroom and WC.
For each apartment, equipment comprising distribution box with heat meter with centralised meter reading.
Floor insulation: sound insulation under the screed.
Glass wool or similar insulating panels, thickness: 20mm.
